Our team of product specialists thoroughly check, approve, and individually photograph every item. All products shown on our platform are the exact products you receive.
Added an item to your basket? Proceed to checkout, enter your details and pick a delivery option. You can then follow your order in your account, and you'll also receive a courier tracking number.

We accept payment from Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Payments must be made on our platform. Payments must be made with one payment method, we’re unable to split this across two different cards.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier:
- Spain (Correos Express / Correos): 3 to 15 business days.
- European Union (FedEx / DHL): 7 to 25 business days.
- Rest of the World (FedEx / DHL): 15 to 30 business days.
These are estimated timelines and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or customs clearance procedures.

At TechnoGold, we prioritize the safety of your vintage equipment. Every item undergoes a rigorous final inspection and is packed with specialized materials to ensure maximum protection during transit.
- Standard preparation time: 3 to 10 business days.
- Exceptional cases (delicate or oversized items): Up to 15 business days.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

- Shipments within the European Union: No customs fees or import taxes apply.
- Shipments outside the European Union: Customs charges (duties, taxes, or fees) depend on the regulations of the destination country. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and must be managed directly with local authorities.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing your order.

If you have any concerns about a delivery for an order, or items you’re selling to us, please get in touch with our customer support team with your transaction ID so we can investigate further. Please note that for security reasons, and to help speed up our verification processes, you may need to provide additional information to confirm your identity.
If a package is delayed in transit or does not arrive within the standard timeframe, then we will launch an investigation with the courier, which can take up to 30 days once all requested information has been provided to us.

Yes! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or request an exchange within:
- European Union & United Kingdom: 14 days from the date of delivery.
Important conditions:
✅ Prior authorization required: Contact us before sending anything back to confirm eligibility.
✅ Buyer covers return costs: Return shipping fees are not covered by TechnoGold.
✅ Original condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

We will provide: Return authorization, Shipping instructions, Return address.
After we receive your return:
Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days,
Exchanges: Subject to product availability.
